Reality of invictus energy group

This is the worst company I've had the misfortune to meet, a 2 week job took 3 and a half months, they broke things, they were going through my cupboards, their customer service was non existence this company could not run a bath
I understand this is my experience and others may have had a different experience

Very poor show Invictus.

Well we’re do I start, I had this company fit two central heating boilers, one to a rental property which they could not get to work and said that the water pressure was to low, after United utilities visited three times and then Home serve visited the drive way was dug up costing £1200 to replace the mains feed they still could not get the boiler to work after paying £2000 to have a new boiler fitted. Invictus then decided to contact Worcester boilers who came out and within 45 mins had the boiler up and running, the engineer said the boiler should of not been registered by Invictus because they did were unable to get it running, he also said there was no need to replace the main feed. This went on for seven weeks leaving my tenants with no heating and no hot water. Very poor show Invictus.

Had a boiler fitted by invictus in may,on Sunday the heating went haywire but managed to keep working so on Monday,same again,so I rang & explained the problem & this morning a lovely man came & within an hour it was fixed.he then proceeded to explain in detail to my husband exactly what had happened.can't thank him enough.&thanks to invictus for such great after service thanks so much Mrs Margaret Crilly

Had boiler fitted few months ago the service was good and kept well informed by Molly. Only negative was the Hive box was left for myself to setup i did not have a clue even my electrician had to call number for Hive to talk him through as would not connect so would have been good to have boiler fitter do this for me as im a pensioner and could not do it so had to pay to get it sorted.

I am happy to write a review for my recent new boiler installation. From start to finish, the process was fast, efficient and professional. I was kept updated and asked my preferences throughout. The work involved extra pipework which was explained beforehand, so no unexpected added costs. All the staff involved have been professional, courteous and tidy. All waste was taken away and I am left with a lovely new, more efficient boiler. Thank you
