Would give 0 if could, Lied to us 30minutes before our bus was due, so had a massive panic and had to find alternative travel despite train strikes.

NEVER USE - WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD - DO NOT USE

Where to start? We had booked a 16 seater mini bus for our work Christmas party 2 weeks in advance as we knew there would be train strikes. We were advised that we would get the driver details the week of the pickup, this didn't happen so after ringing multiple times we were finally told we would receive the details on the day of collection. The day of the collection came and again we had no contact, after finally getting through to them we were advised that everything was on track for our 15:30 collection slot. At 15:00 we were then called and told that our driver had just left but had a flat tyre, and that they would not be picking us up. With the train strikes this meant we had no way of getting to London, if they could have been honest with us and told us in advance that the collection wouldn't happen, then we could have made other arrangements.

DO NOT USE!

I have booked a 16 seater bus which never arrived. They messed up and sent me 2 cars which didn’t fit our party.
Cancelled the trip and can’t get my deposit back.
Avoid this scammers at all cost!

Bus booked for 24 people, confirmed the day before via phone and yet arrived with bus for 16 people. No explanation, no apology and no help from Investravel. Had to arrange taxi for other passengers. Nearly missed our flights because of this.

Took over a week and multiple times contacting via phone and email for Investravel to respond. Then they reimbursed only some of the taxi fare. I checked this with them and still no reason given why they didn't reimburse the full amount. Very odd behaviour.
