Called Inverness emergency plumbers (IEP) and though being very busy gave a day when they could see to our boiler breakdown. Subsequently called/text a number of other plumbers to no avail. Went back to IEP with a yes please to offered day. Andrew came later than stated on said day in the evening, and I was thankfully kept informed. Would use again and indeed requested an estimate for a bathroom refit with an over the phone quote comparing very favourably with other quotes.

Delighted with the quick and efficient service, had a problem with the cistern not flushing, phoned at 3.30 pm and Andrew arrived just after 5pm when he was possibly looking to have finished for the day! He was able to do a temporary repair as he needed a part which he thought would take a day to get however he appeared next afternoon with it and completed job, he was mannerly and efficient and will definately use company again, in fact have pencilled them in to do my boiler service early next year. Very reasonable charge and a lot to be said for using a family business. Thank you.

Our venerable Potterton BOA oil fired Central Heating boiler died fatally after 45 years of use.
Scott summed the situation up rapidly and suggested a replacement outside boiler. This he fitted with great speed and efficiency, he routed the new pipes required very neatly under the floor. The new boiler is now controlled by a Hive on-line active thermostat or via a smartphone app or via speech through Alexa. We couldn't be happier, the new boiler works brilliantly and is far more efficient and quieter running. I highly recommend Scott for plumbing work, he's brilliant and a very nice person too. Scott also replaced our immersion hot water tank too - a superb job as well. Delighted with all of Scott's work. Inverness Emergency Plumbers are definately the best.
