THESE PEOPLE TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN TELL YOU WHY THEY CAN'T GIVE IT BACK IN THAT ORDER!

It’s unfortunate that politeness doesn’t stop these guys from keeping your money. I was only given their terms and conditions I parted with my money, which begs me to believe they have a hidden agenda… no choice but to escalate this to the proper authorities as communication is sporadic at best!! The information they provide is misleading, be careful.

You provided misinformation yourself and you want to lecture me on the information I provided. I have no problem you representing your landlord. I provided information based on what was asked of me in the first instance.

The fact remains you misled me in the first instance for not providing the correct information before you took my money and on that fact alone… you misrepresented your intentions… for this alone I won’t let it drop because you seem to be dismissing and ignoring this basic fact!!
