Our Interior of Distinction / Restoration & Decoration Project

We were looking to find a decorator who could help us restore are early Edwardian terrace house to its original splendour. We certainly got that and so much more with Interiors of Distinction.
Stephen's meticulous eye for detail, years of experience and exceptional broad skills made light work of what would have been an almost impossible and extremely costly project management task. Whether it be plastering, cornice restoration, joinery or decorating Stephen's work is exceptional. Stephen is a craftsman, taking extreme pride in his work, your home and vision. It was a joy to watch our home restored and our visions realized.

We have used Stephen’s services on and off over the past five years. In that time he has painted walls, ceilings and woodwork, put up coving and wallpapered in several rooms. He has provided valuable advice and a professional opinion regarding what materials he trusts and what colour schemes work well together. His workmanship is of the highest standard, always taking time and care to prepare surfaces thoroughly, ensuring a quality finish.
Stephen has been very polite and respectful of our home, always leaving the place clean and tidy when he’s finished for the day. We’ve found him incredibly trustworthy and hardworking; and have had no qualms about leaving him alone in the house while we’ve been out at work.
We have felt that the investment we have made, choosing Stephen over certain ‘budget’ decorators, has been well worthwhile. We have been delighted with the transformation brought about by Stephen’s endeavours and would highly recommend his services.

Fantastic workmanship & service

We were looking to have some decorating done within our new home, Stephen Davidson, at Interiors of Distinction came highly recommended by a good friend of ours.
I can’t emphasize enough how fortunate we have been in finding Stephen.
He has transformed our home, from advice on colour scheming, lighting & design, followed by his fantastic decorating skills & attention to detail.
Stephen is a hard working, a highly motivated craftsman, with a very friendly professional attitude, absolutely the tidiest worker we have ever had in our home.
