well it's interesting reading other reviews because this lot totally messed up my roof & charged 7K for the privilege. i got these guys in to re-roof my house around three years ago. Three years in & the flashing has fell off twice, second time took them nearly 12 months to sort it, putting a screw right through my bedroom wall in the process. Further more there's a huge gap in the roof between me & my neighbours, letting enough light in that i don't need to use my loft light anymore & to top it off the roof has now started leaking so i'm now waiting for another company to come & put the job right. I guess you live & learn at the end of the day.
