Bournemouth trip June 23 rd June

1
What a disaster! Firstly we were promised a disability friendly hotel this didn't happen! We struggled! But this was nothing compared to our driver Damien! He was so rude, abrupt, and rascist! We were taken on a trip to visit the steam trains , he didn't help us at all, not a lot of information and to be honest he seems like he is not interested whatsoever in his job. The other driver I think his name was jim or john was the total opposite , he was courteous and helped everyone off Damien's coach despite it actually being his day off. He left one passengers to get a taxi back to their hotel after refusing to take them , and he told them to tell john to pay for the taxi because he wasn't going to! So my advice don't book Damien when booking interchoice holidays I will certainly be thinking twice about booking again any coach travel again!!

9 DAY TOUR OF IRELAND 6TH JUNE 2014

1
coach driver did;nt know where he was going after 2+hours he pulled into a garage and paid a taxi driver 20 euros to drive in front of the coach to the hotel arrived after three hours for a journey that should have taken 30 minutes from dublin port.coach should not have left england as it was not up to a nine day tour, crunching gears until wednesday morning when the when the gearbox packed up .on the way from killkenny to killarney th driver informed us the mountains we could see were the mountains of mourn,i thought we were lost again as these are the other end of ireland just below belfast.the whole trip was a disaster too many thing to mention.the only positive thing to come out of it was it convinced me never to go on a coach tour again.

Day trip to York 7th June 2014

1
On Saturday 7th June my friend and I went on a day trip to York. As you were aware, the weather was very bad, but of course no fault of Interchoice. We had paid in full, but until 3 days for the date we received a letter, saying that only 8 people were going on this trip, so not to have to cancel, Interchoice were sending a mini-bus for the 8 people. As far as myself and friend are concerened we would rather this trip had been cancelled. The so called mini bus was the Door-to-Door not suitable for a trip down to York. The room in the back was very cramped together, and coming back was very warm, my friend who has a pace maker felt very faint. The driver was not too bad, but it was clear had to get back early, because he had a early start next day. Be ware any one who books a day trip, do not go if it is the door-to-door only go on the coach.
