They catered for our every need in an honest and professional way which allowed us the space to come to terms with our loss, but was still timely and professional.

Integrity remained in constant communication with the family, ensuring that the entire process was planned with precision, culminating in a seamless execution on the day of the funeral. Integrity went above and beyond the call of duty to meet our expectations and we can truly say that they exceeded our expectations in terms of the cortege, the internment spot , the limousines, etc. As a family we had not experienced a bereavement before and we could not have found a better funeral director to hold our hand through a very unfamiliar and difficult time.

I decided to use Integrity funeral care after they provided the funeral service for my late cousin. I was impressed with the way my cousins funeral was executed and so went directly to them when my Mum passed away. I couldn't have asked for a better service. From start to finish Paul and Sharon were incredibly professional and sensitive to the needs and requirements for my late Mother's funeral. They always made themselves available to me and my family and guided me through the process of arranging the funeral with great care and attention. I would highly recommend their service.

Following the passing of our mum, our engagement with Integrity (Paul and Sharon McLean and Team) was professional and seamless from the start. They were very empathetic and supportive. Integrity as a black owned business with a multicultural work force they were experienced working with darker skin complexions and made our mum look as beautiful as she was in life. Their end to end service provided was seamless and delivered with little or no interference to us during our grieving process and they took responsibility for arranging the the live streaming (via Errol Williams) of the funeral (Caribbean and America) and actively engaged the ministers, local council for parking approval etc. As sad as the occasion was, the day of the funeral was enjoyable we know our mum would have been proud!
