Paul was extremely knowledgeable in advising on the best course of action regarding a rodent issue we had and how to resolve it. What I particularly appreciated about Paul was his honesty in advising what to do - often recommending not to go with potential solutions that would have brought him more work. Instead focusing on what was right for the customer. Also appreciated Paul’s focus on constant communication to help during a stressful situation. Would recommend Paul to anyone. Thank you

Fantastic service from Paul at INSX. We spent £500 with Rentokill who were totally incompetent (got half money back as a result thankfully). They hadn't got a clue. We have had a very smartest rat living in our kitchen for several months. He'd somehow got trapped behind the kick boards. Paul did a full drain investigation to eliminate that as a route into the kitchen. Paul knows drains as well as vermin. Then set cameras and bait. Cameras caught the rat but rat avoided the bait. So plan #2 with different ways to catch it - which rat carefully managed to avoid so plan #3 - rat caught!. Great Whatsapp link between us and Paul to show us camera images and communicate what the plan was. Paul came out in the evening to suit us and went above and beyond to deal with the rat. He would not give up and eventually outsmarted the rat. Paul is an real expert and we are very thankful that we found him. Would really recommend him.
