Not a print cafe, despite their advert

So I wanted to print an address label. Instaprint advertise themselves as a print cafe, so I went there. However, I was informed that there was a minimum charge of £5. £5 for an address label is a rip off. Now, Instaprint are well within their rights to do this. But they don't have the right to advertise themselves as a print cafe if they do. A print cafe should be able to print a single address label for a lot less than £5. They're being fundamentally dishonest.

Outstanding

From the offset I was kept informed of my orders progress.
The quality of the product and the speed from order to delivery is outstanding.
I will certainly use Instaprint Nottingham again.
