Install My Fireplaces have been fantastic from start to finish. Here's a quick run down of why this Company exceeded our expectations:
Quoting stage - we asked 4 Companies to quote. Install My Fireplaces didn't just offer a competitive quote - when Rob came round he spent time (longer than anyone else) examining the existing fireplace and cavity, which then helped us to make decisions. This differentiated the Company and was incredibly useful. Rob is experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Ordering - Rob sorted everything for us, did it quickly and stayed in touch. He even dropped round extra brochures and samples.
Fitting - Rob did an excellent job, took time to explain what he was doing and when, and was tidy and on time. Everything went to plan.
