Not Fit for Purpose

I received a bouquet of flowers in red cardboard box 1 red rose 5 pink. Valentines Day
No instructions but having had flowers for over 50 years I knew what to do
The roses all but the red 1 didn't open and in 3 days they looked awful.
Because of illness couldn't get a hold of you but very disappointed.
