I am a sole trader and have been from the start, and I wouldn't have it any other way. This may put some people off as I'm not a big as PC World but I have found over the years customers prefer a more "one-to-one" service. The buck stops with me so you will deal the same person over and over again and not passed from pillar to post like some bigger companies do. I have had numerous opportunities to expand and make my business larger and potentially compete with the big boys but when asking what customers want the vast majority said they used me because I am a local lad and provide a more friendly approach to computer repairs. Once customers are aware that I am qualified, insured and highly experienced it provides the icing on the cake to use a trust worthy business like Insomnia I.T. Systems. This is emphasised even more when they know I am endorsed by Derbyshire County Council & Which? Magazine as a trusted trader. I am a proud family man and use tradesman same as yourselves, so I know what its like to have someone come into your home not knowing how good they are. This was my fore thinking behind the trusted trader endorsements.
