Nightmare landlord

They are the worst Housing Association in London Area Last people they think about is their tenants or Residents as they prefer to call them. You be left living in damp mouldy properties and they only answer call if it got to do with paying rent

I wish I had read the bad reviews earlier and avoided this company at any cost

Inquilab gave me a fraudulent contract altering my rent without my knowledge. Then, they did not secure my deposit in 30 days, as it is required by law. My residence in this flat has been a nightmare. The gas boiler was not working and I had to pay rent for a 2nd flat for the first 2 months. Then, I had to boil water with the kettle to have a shower, sleep on a cold damp mattress, and try to warm the flat with fan heaters. Finally, after being hospitalised for 15 days with pneumonia and living for more than 12 months in uninhabitable conditions, Inquilab has decided to authorise the boiler's replacement.
Despite their promises and all the safety concerns, my balcony divider is still broken and the balcony doors don’t lock. They don’t give me access to the rubbish bins and the electricity and gas meters to take my meter readings. They ignore my emails and only respond to calls to ask to contact them via the portal, but, any messages/complaints uploaded there are deleted, with no reply.

Slum landlord

I take back what I said about this Housing Association over a year ago on Google review. They have really gone down hill. They no longer respond to emails, they don’t carry out repairs to the communal areas in the block that I live in. There is mould and damp in the block it’s nearly a year now we are without a working lift. You report communal repairs to them by the tenant portal and they do nothing. So far the residents have had 3 meetings with them via zoom about the issues regarding the broken down lift, state of the communal area and nothing gets done, the meetings are a waste of time. They just don’t care about us residents. Slum landlord.
