Sent them an email enquiring if they did male Hollywood waxing and they replied with an email and said they did do male Hollywood waxing.
I phoned up on Thursday the 29th of August to make an appointment and they said that I could have it on a same day but I couldn't so I made an appointment for Monday the 2nd of September and paid 50% deposit.
Two days before the appointment they sent me an email and a text for me to confirm that I was attending the appointment which I did.
After travelling for 15 miles for my appointment to Stockton, I received a phone call that they don't do male waxing.
I was so angry with the inconvenience and the stress that have caused me.
I have never had this kind of an experience with any other business before. 😡😡😡

I Attended The Salon For Gel Nails With Builder Gel, Wednesday 2nd August At 12.00pm With Natalie D. I Was Very Pleased With The Salon, The Staff And The Service That I Received. Great Communication with Natalie D And Other Staff, They All Made Me Feel At Ease. The Nail Colour Was Brilliant, The End Result Was Fantastic. I Loved My Nails, They Were Very Strong. The Nails Lasted 3 Weeks Which I Thought Was Brilliant. I'm Hoping Next Time, They Will Last Longer. I Made A Great Model for Natalie D, As She Needed Someone With Short Nails And I Had Always Bitten My Nails, Only Stopped Biting Them 2 to 3 Months Ago.

However, I Do Regret Trying To Remove The Gel Off Myself. As I Damaged The Top Surface Of My Nails. I Did Not Get Them Re Covered. Due To This, I Have Now Snapped Two Nails. So Remember You Need To Keep Going For A Few Months, Until Nails Get Stronger.

Just had an amazing back massage with Sherrie, who was so good detailing all the products used on me. The heated bed was such a bonus I felt so relaxed I didn’t want to leave, pick and mix offer is excellent value I got a glycolic peel whilst there also! 😊

I had my first ever spay tan and pedicure last week so I was very nervous but the staff were lovely very friendly and professional.
I felt at ease as soon as I walked through the door and the treatments have given me a new confidence in myself.
