Business overview

Online, phone and In-person therapeutic support. A safe and confidential space for those seeking change through the power of counselling therapy.

I offer therapeutic counselling in Farnham, Bagshot (Surrey) and surrounding areas, as well as remote online counselling for adults and adolescents enduring emotionally challenging experiences.

I'm a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) registered Integrative Relational Counsellor.

I am therefore bound by the BACP Ethical Framework which is deeply attuned to my own value system of integrity, justice, fairness & compassion which I endeavour to offer both within the counselling room and personal life.

Life happens, at times not in a good way.

We wear a public face concealing personal struggles. I offer the necessary personal space to express those innermost feelings without being judged, doubted or interrupted.

I help to untangle troubling problems which can lead to better relationships with others and ourselves, and a healthier, more authentic way of being.

These problems may feel unmanageable on your own. I aim to offer a safe trusting, empathic, non-judgemental and respectful counselling relationship.

Please call or email for a complimentary introductory session, discussing your needs, my practice and how we may work together.

I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor, holding a foundation degree in Integrative Relational Counselling.

I am also a listening volunteer for the Samaritans, supporting those experiencing suicidal thoughts and often deep despair.
