Inner Strength Martial Arts

Inner Strength Martial Arts is a well established martial arts company that has built up an enviable reputation over the last 30 years. We pride ourselves on our commitment to provide a professional and speedy service at all times, whilst maintaining the highest quality of work.

We teach from 4yrs - 70yrs, as well as karate we train and compete in different disciplines.

in 2018 we won 81 European medal 18 Gold, in 2019 we won 15 World championship gold medals plus lots of silver and bronze.

ISMAA are always evolving there teaching methods to give their students the best opportunity in karate / martial arts.

we have classes in Muscliff Primary school, Bearwood School and St Ives and St Leonards Community centre Ringwood. We teach all ages at all locations.

Our Chief instructor is Kyoushi Shaun Lanham 6th Dan who has over 30 years experience in karate and15yrs experience in door security work. Kyoushi Shaun was asked to be NMAC England squad coach in 2018 and was awarded Instructor of the year in 2019 and was entered in to the London's Martial arts hall of fame.
