Very rude business owner

I called to enquiry about a fireplace installation. Very rude man answered the call. He said he’s not a gas engineer, but the owner and he’s has “a guy” that is a gas engineer. When I asked if they charged for call out fee, he said this is not a charity, but a business.
There was no need to reply with such a disdain and total disrespect!

Delighted with our Hobbit stove

Very happy with our cream Hobbit SE stove installation. It was something we were looking at doing for ages and are delighted that we've now done it. Carl was fantastic throughout the whole process. Very helpful and communicative. He made a number of Stove suggestions given the small space we were working with (we wanted to keep the cat iron surround) and ultimately we settled on the hobbit stove. Installation took one day and they were tidy, professional, and did a great job. Would recommend to friends and family.

An excellent and professional service

Carl provides a very friendly and knowledgeable service which we appreciated.
We needed our flue altered to accommodate external wall insulation (EWI) to the gable of our home which Carl undertook and completed very satisfactorily both with the removal and refitting. He also corrected some significant faults with the original installation (the company that installed the stove/flue are no longer in business) such that the stove works a lot better and is more effective.
We were delighted with the work Inglewood carried our for us and as with other reviews we found them very respectful of our home; were careful, neat and tidy and left the stove and hearth looking like new.

Absolutely fantastic!
Carl and Ruben could not have done anything better. Polite, hard working, easy to get on with, clean and tidy - never a mess left throughout the job. They did all they promised and delivered the job with a smile. Wish we had more fireplaces. They have done a fantastic job. We are thrilled with their work and we love our fire.
