Infinity Electrical

Jack did a great job installing a new electric induction hob in or kitchen. The job was complicated and involved running a high capacity protected cable over a distance of 35 metres from our garage to our kitchen. The work was done to a very high standard, and we are delighted with the overall installation and the performance of the new hob.

Called in a panic as all electricity was off and my husband is disabled and uses a stairlift. Jack came within 30 minutes, although it was his day off and his anniversary! Sorted the problem quickly and efficiently and explained what had happened. Will keep his details for any future needs. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Jack was awesome, communication flawless throughout, super professional, friendly and honest. By far the best tradesman I have come across and should be an example for the whole trade.

He followed up quickly with a written fair quote for the work - listened to what I wanted and was very positive and open with suggestions and comments. He was also able to fit the job in which was appreciated.

With it being an older house, some unexpected challenges came up but he went above & beyond and handled them. Overall just very impressed and definitely would recommend Infinity Electrical to anybody needing electrical work, will 100% be calling again to do ongoing work.
