Indigo Displays

Awful, AWFUL, AWFUL company! I paid over £180 for a sign for our business and it’s completely rusted within one month of it being outside. It can’t cope with the slightest of wind and falls over. The inserts and posters have been ripped out and torn with the slightest bit of wind so I paid for weather resistant posters at a big expense and even these have been ripped out. I have signs from XL displays and they can cope with the wind and don’t have any issues with them at all. The customer service is beyond awful, the worst I’ve ever encountered and they say “why didn’t I report it when I first bought it” and that’s a “red flag”. Excuse me, if you’d read my email, you’d see that I’d tried weather resistant posters (cost £90 to produce) which took 2 weeks to be made and arrive, hence why I’m complaining now. If they don’t send a courier and refund me for this failure of an item, we’re going to take action against them.

Found some great quality A4 Display Stands on the site. ordered them, and they arrived the next day. Simple & fast online service.

Really good service, my order arrived well packaged and very quickly (next morning). The pavement signs are already up and look fantastic.

I ordered my swing sign and sent a photo of what i wanted as I had no art work. Unfortunately the design they came back with did not really match my needs but was the closest they had. As they were unable to help I got a immediate refund.
HOWEVER, at their suggest I looked through sites that had clip art on them and found a few images that suited my needs. I sent these to Indigo and was delighted when they got back to me and said there was one they could use. They altered the original and sent me a new proof. I asked for a change to the lettering sizing and got the final proof which I was more than happy with. To save me having to go through the ordering process again I was sent an invoice and hey presto my sign was ordered. 4 days later and I am looking at my sign in situ.

Recently purchased two A1 A Boards at Indigo Displays. I was very pleased with the service provided. The young lady that dealt with my enquiry was very helpful, and got straight back to me having checked stock levels. The boards arrived on time, in immaculate condition. Good product good service.
