Gave me a quote for repair which I told them I would think about.
Next day broke my ankle and had a DVT scare.
Phoned them back a week later to confirm the price and told the 'engineer' was out sick for at least 2 weeks so to call then,
'Engineer' phones me back a week later and screams down the phone at me that he had already told me the price and that if I didn't want the work done that I would get charged for storing the car!
I ask to speak to the owner.
HE IS THE OWNER!!!
I can't believe how I have just been spoken to without ANY provocation!
Terrible company and terrible owner with no idea what customer service is.
Will never EVER deal with them again!
Shocking!

Shocking service! Handed car in for diagnostics , was given a list of repairs totalling to £850!
Took round to neighbouring garage and was quoted £40 for alignment issues!
. .. stay away people!
Not amused in the slightest .

This garage is fake garage only RIP off the money from people this garage Simmons is fake no think service I have send my van there for 3days I take 1235£ for clean 2 injectors hi never clean

I used to always take my car to western, but after the care I received there I decided to try something more local that would include me in the goings on of my car more than BMW themselves. Since I switched I wouldn't go anywhere else, the care and attention given to your vehicle during it's repair is of a much higher standard than I believe it is with western themselves, and Dani is great as explaining what/why a repair is necessary which to someone who is into cars, values very much.

Always genuine parts and always genuinely try to look out for you. I wouldn't go elsewhere with a BMW now.


BMW 123d.

Wanted to charge me 6 hours labour to change an alternator on a mini. And at £90 per hour. I called BMW who said their job card spec said it would take 1.5 hours.

Would not go back and would not recommend
