Independence at Home Limited

We are very grateful to Independence at Home for the wonderful support provided to our elderly relative. All the carers are friendly, kind and conscientious, as well as professional and efficient. The company is well managed and has been flexible in adjusting the service when it has been necessary to increase or decrease visits according to our relative's needs. Communication has been great and we could not have managed without such fantastic help.

My mother receives excellent care from this company. Had tried a few before discovering Independence at Home and now have total confidence in the service they provide. There is excellent, immediate communication between the management, carers and myself regarding any issues that come up with my mother during the course of a visit. All the carers are kind, caring, conscientious and endowed with good old common sense - From what I’ve experienced the company’s owner Vanessa carefully selects new carers to her very high standards. I can’t thank Vanessa and her team enough for looking after my mother so well and giving me and the family peace of mind.

If we had searched the world over I dont believe we would have found a better team than Vanessa and her girls. These girls provided care for my grandad for the last 2 years of his life whilst living with mixed dementia within his own home. We started out with 4 basic calls a day...we ended with pretty much live in care. Vanessa and the team treated my grandad like he was their own ♥️ seeing him right through the final journey of his life. These ladies have gone above and beyond at every turn,they not only provided full support to grandad but also to our family when times got tough. The dedication,love and compassion shown throughout has been nothing short of outstanding 💖.we cant put into words just how thankful we are to these amazing ladies

Independence at Home is a wonderful business lead by Vanessa. All her team are comparing, compassionate and dedicated caters and I can not recommend them highly enough.

My brother has been using the cleaning services of Independence at Home for about a year and is very pleased with the service that they have provided. They are friendly and polite and it has made a big difference as he is unable to do the work himself. In addition to the cleaning, Vanessa's team are more than happy to assist him should he need any further assistance.
