Matthew and Matt opened up two fireplaces and installed log burners for us.
From our first encounter they were reliable and honest about what was possible and gave clear accurate quotes.

Work was carried out professionaly and to a high standard. One of our logburners was particularly difficult due to previous alterations to our 120 year old house but they were not phased and made sure the workmanship was to the same high standard as any other, and was visually sympathetic and well done.

We would recommend Incendium to anyone

Incendium fireplace installation

The guys at Incendium Stoves & Fireplaces were friendly and professional throughout start to finish, from the moment we phoned them for a quote to the moment they finished the installation. They were thorough with instructions on how to use the fireplace and what to do, they worked hard and I didn’t even need to clean up after them - they left the house as though they hadn’t been here 😊 we are so happy and proud of our fireplace and really thank everyone at Incendium for the great work you have done for us. Wood burner service and sweep

Really friendly and efficient.
Serviced and repaired my wood burner and swept the chimney
Would highly recommend
Came back as there was a problem with the doors closing after putting on new rope. Not their fault but the design of the doors but they rectified the problem. All good 👍

If you're looking for someone who will communicate well, offer competitive prices and do a first rate job you can't go wrong with these lads. Damaged chimney cowl replaced and a chimney clean done and at a very good price.
