Mark went above and beyond as he listened to my needs and advised me accordingly. Mark was actually the only Piano Tuner that could fix my piano at such a reasonable cost. He will not overcharge you as he is extremely trustworthy and his work is guaranteed. He even came back for free to fix an issue I had with my piano after he had carried out a service.

I am a beginner and completely oblivious about the inner workings of a piano. Mark spoke to me on my level, in an inviting, informative and helpful manner.

Mark Mulholland has been my piano tuner for the last 20 years or so. He is highly qualified, always very professional, and does a fantastic job. He's smart and very friendly, and is always accommodating to fit in with busy schedules. Mark does the piano tuning, pitch raising, etc, and his wife Karen, who is also extremely knowledgeable, works alongside him for most of the repairs, rebuilds, and fitting of special parts. His prices are good, and he will not rip you off. His experience and work is second to none, as he has worked on the worst and oldest of uprights to the best and most expensive of grand pianos which are required for examinations, concert halls, or posh houses! Mark is also a very talented musician, and plays a number of instruments. He works on other stringed instruments too. I would thoroughly recommend 'In Tune' to anyone.
