Imperial windows were great
5I did my research and got 3 quotes, the salesman was friendly with no a pressure vibe, they weren't the cheapest but I thought they sounded like they know what they are doing.
After a deposit was paid and the surveyor had visited, I received a call 4 weeks later to book the installation in.
The next week the window fitter was at my door, he was on time and courteous. The installation took 3 days, they cleaned up at the end of each of day. The new windows and doors look great, they have made such a big difference to my home in both appearance and warmth.
A couple of weeks later I had a small issues with my front door, I called them up, and the window fitter promptly returned to adjust the door, it has been fine ever since.
Overall I am very happy, there we know surprises, I would recommend my friends and family. Thank you Imperial Windows for a smooth and pleasant process.
