We can recommend Ben without hesitation. He was thoroughly professional at every stage of the job, from the initial inspection to the final sign off. And a thoroughly nice man to have around, too, as was Ray who worked with him for part of the time. Excellent work, clear, courteous communications and reasonable charges. We'll certainly use Imperial again in future.

I was very happy with the service from Imperial Plumbing. Ben was able to come at short notice on a Saturday morning to repair a boiler leak. He was friendly and made sure to explain in straight-forward language what he was doing at each stage of the repair!

Ben was recommended to me by a friend. He was prompt, thorough in his diagnosis of the problem and quick and efficient and rectifying the problem, keeping me informed throughout. He was also very reasonably priced for the work done. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. He is already booked for our annual service. A genuine and personable service.

A knowledgeable, reliable and friendly service

Ben visited my property prior to carrying out the work required, which was to tend to a leaking overflow pipe and the removal of unwanted radiator pipes to be cut below floor level. The day of the job, a few days later, Ben and his colleague carried out the work, providing an extremely satisfying service and expert knowledge - both of the job itself and the type of property (Victorian terrace house). A company I would certainly recommend.

We had a small but important job requiring the moving of a live gas supply pipe to allow the fixture of an electric. Ben did a superb job under very trying circumstances with good humour and efficiency, and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.
