Appalling customer service at private booking..!!

Appalling Customer Service at Private booking.
Dr. Sonal Ketkha was wonderful but the ladies at the reception are miserable/unorganised.
I can take my business somewhere else as I am paying and not thru NHS. So f off..!! Calling them to book an appointment since 5 days now. Don’t go to them they are a mess from the beginning.

The best hygienist I’ve ever seen

I am a patient of Imperial Dental Care for over 10 years. I’m seeing the hygienist, Magdalena, on a regular basis. She is the best hygienist I ever met. She is giving me great advice on what I can improve on my daily brushing and how to identify the areas which need more attention. I always go back to see her with pleasure and I am extremely satisfied with her services. See you next time Magdalena!

Great surgery

I've been a patient here for over 2 decades! Great staff, (dentists and receptionists alike), they're all very friendly and helpful. The surgery itself and all the amenities within are clean and very well presented. And they now have a great online booking system too. I have recommended this surgery to many friends and family in the area. Unfortunately Covid appears to be getting the better of them currently as they do not seem to have enough staff to cover the incoming calls to the surgery. I needed to change a booked appointment and it took almost 40 minutes for my call to be answered!
