awfull don't waste your time going. Got conned with warranty as when we got home and read there was no way we would be able to claim. There was no cooling of period.We were there over 4 hours so we had had enough by then . We were not given mot certificate and service stamp not in book. The service invoice that they emailed to us had no mileage recorded on it makes any claim on warranty void.

Absolutely dreadful, Arthur Dailey eat your heart out!.....

Don’t let you see paperwork before buying, check the “warranty”- I asked to see what it covers but apparently they don’t have this in writing?’... nor the service history. Be very careful and go with your gut feeling. I did and walked out!

All of the cars here seemed way too overpriced.

Hi, just a warning to others, I have my car advertised in the autotrader, received a call from Imperial in fleet, stating they were short of stock of my make and model and could I drive it the 45 mins to their office and I would get almost my asking price, after driving down and being made to wait for an hour, I was not expected by the manage, they knew nothing about my car or the call, they seem to do this often as they had a process to check test and drive my car then offer a very low figure way below reasonable asking price. Waste of time and petrol money. Be aware, it's not a genuine offer on the phone, just to get you to part with your nice car on the cheap.
