Cheap and very poor quality.

I brought two kitchen sets 'Nela' style' after a month or so the laminate was peeling on the base units, I figured it might be a bad unit so replaced it with another from the other set, I was hoping it would not happen again, unfortunately I was wrong, the laminate was peeling again. I contacted Impact with pictures and they told me they were going to ask their warehouse staff about it, because obviously warehouse staff are all kitchen fitters! and to my surprise, they said you have to have a THREE cm overlap of the sink unit they supply with the set, which then leaves the sharp edge of the sink exposed under the rim, totally unsafe for children, its like a razor, you CANNOT purchase the base unit on its own, you have to buy the whole thing again. Ignored my email twice, maybe their other furniture is ok, but I doubt it nice looking but unbelievably cheaply made, it won't last save your money. AVOID USING IMPACT!

Office furiture

I found this company to be very helpful. Not only did they help with showing us the different ranges of office furniture but they helped to match to a desk we already had.
