At IMO and ARC, our number one priority is to keep customers, our Operators and their teams, and our employees safe and healthy. We take seriously our role in supporting the Government in their wider approach to Coronavirus, and as such we follow all Government guidance. The Government has confirmed that all automatic car washes can remain open. All sites are open and trading at least between 9am and 5pm. We suggest you contact each site individually with regard to their more specific trading hours beyond this minimum as these may be shorter than those displayed for the site on our website. All sites are able to trade with the vehicle window up, reducing the need for any physical contact. Payment can be made using contactless or pre-paid voucher codes purchased via our App which is available at the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Terrible

Had £10 washvand wax not good car still dirty had to wipe windscreen before driving off. The operator was very rude kept shouting at me in strong foreign accent I could not understand waving his hands all over the place.If he hates the job then go away.I've used the car wash for years it was good but since new staff I have tried it twice both times disappointed will not ever use again!

AVOID! They'll damage your car and won't even clean it properly!!

Avoid!! They'll damage your car! Paid for a car wash and all I got was this damage from the guy hitting my car with his scrubbing brush and the car wasn't even clean when I came out of there! Appalling and I doubt I'll ever see any recompense for this damage. :(

unfriendly - rude

My 87 year old mother visited on Saturday 28th January. There were long queues and she accidentally got stuck on the bend of a kerb - she asked if someone from the business could help her but they were not willing to. Having got near the front she produced her voucher for a free car wash and was told she'd have to pay as their machine wasnt working. The whole purpose of the trip from Worthing was to use the voucher so they then made her turn around in the queues of traffic - eventually reluctantly helping her move - poor customer service

Terrible place!! Avoid!

Terrible! The rudest man I’ve ever met waving his hands around, pulling faces and pointing at his eyes as he tried to rush me onto the ramp. I was terrified of making a wrong move as he made gestures indicating that I was crazy, rolling his eyes, getting really aggressive. Like the previous reviewer, the car was still dirty around the sills and the hubs hadn’t been touched at all. The windows were still smeary, to the extent I had to pull over and clean them before I could continue driving.
A traumatic experience- avoid at all costs!
