At IMO and ARC, our number one priority is to keep customers, our Operators and their teams, and our employees safe and healthy. We take seriously our role in supporting the Government in their wider approach to Coronavirus, and as such we follow all Government guidance. The Government has confirmed that all automatic car washes can remain open. All sites are open and trading at least between 9am and 5pm. We suggest you contact each site individually with regard to their more specific trading hours beyond this minimum as these may be shorter than those displayed for the site on our website. All sites are able to trade with the vehicle window up, reducing the need for any physical contact. Payment can be made using contactless or pre-paid voucher codes purchased via our App which is available at the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

1Sadly the standard of cleaning has gone down lately and what's worse my car had come out of the car wash on a couple of occasions now with nasty scratches, I'm assuming from grit on the sponge from the pattern and depth.
This has meant great expense for me for the repairs beyond the cost of the wash and huge annoyance and frustration.
I would suggest the car wash being serviced and cleaned more regularly so this does not happen again.

5I used the ARC car wash in Kings Lynn a month back waist passing throe and popped in for a car wash before I went to my final destination, As I pulled round I was soon a bit worried about there being two cars in front of me as I am impassion person. However I was with in no time on the wash down point and it was my turn next, from the greeting all the way throe to when he put me in to the car wash I was smiled at and felt like I was looked after. This surprised me as I would not expect it to be a good job, as it would be some think I would not be happy doing all day. However I was in and out with in five mints, after the wash I pulled up and hade a quick look over my car as I have not been pleased in the pass using other car washes but not at this point I left with a smile on my face.
I have also booked a Valet with them when I am back down her on my holiday at the end of October.
