Rude Staff that cannot say "Please or Thank you" !

Arrived there 10 minutes before closing time and was sent away. Employees are obviously more interested in early end of work day then making turnover for their business, disappointing.

PAID £13 FOR CAR WASH, WHICH LEFT A SMALL AREA ON THE BONNET BACK TO THE METAL TOGETHER WITH SEVERAL SCRATCHES ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE CAR.
THE CAR IS ONLY 18 MONTHS OLD SO THE ATTENDANTS COMMENTS THAT THE PAINTWORK MUST OF PEELED OFF IS LAUGHABLE.
WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE ATTENDANT HE DENIED THAT THE DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BY THE CAR WASH, AND HIS ATTITUDE WAS VERY POOR. HE WALKED AWAY AS I WAS TALKING TO HIM.
WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO USE THIS CAR WASH IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT DAMAGE TO YOUR PAINTWORK.

Car wash scratched my car on roof and bonnet. I'm not going to write loads, but this should never happen. I've written to complain about it, but I doubt if they'll care. We'll see, but if you don't want your car scratched go to one of the supermarket car park hand car washes.

Didn't even clean the bird poo off the roof! But the expensive wax should seal it in nicely.
Like the other reviewer one star as zero is unavailable. Appalling.

Used this carwash for the first time on my car, wish I had just driven past. Paid £10 for the top wash and came out with scratches on the rear of the car. Car in front of me was thoroughly rinsed off prior to entering the car wash to get rid of excess dirt and grit. However, when it was my turn, the rinse was rushed by another young lad who didn't seem interested, mainly owing to the Que behind me. This caused large amount of grit and dust being dragged across the paintwork resulting in scratches. I won't be using these guys again and would advise anyone with a nice car to avoid at all costs! Have had to give 1 star as you can't give any less.
