I recently engaged the services of Image, and in particular this lovely friendly lady Munever. Not only was I pleased and impressed with the skilful alteration to my garment. The customer service was second to none. Munever and her team are totally professional, and the atmosphere and vibes in the shop is calm and peaceful. A nice experience all round. Would highly recommend.

I bought a beautiful dress for a wedding but wasn't happy with the neckline. Fortunately the dress came with a matching stole which the seamstress miraculously(to me) managed to change and adapt into a fabulous plunging deep frill edged collar which is so flattering and exactly what I wanted. She also made some subtle nips and tucks leaving me with the most gorgeous dress. I couldn't be happier. Thank you. Anne

I got a north face jacket and a pair of jeans tailored and it was done exactly how I wanted. When I tried them on after they fit perfectly. I cannot thank Image enough. Would definitely recommend them.

Incredible job done on my suit. I'm awkwardly sized so often need things taken in and Munever was wonderfully helpful. She talked me through everything that needed doing, showing what different adjustments would do to my profile.

Customer service was beyond reproach, all the staff I spoke to were engaged and polite.

The adjustments were done splendidly and it feels like a whole new suit. The way it shapes me now is really good and I'm so pleased to be wearing something so comfortable.
