Having worked in the mental health sector and customer service sector, I have accumulated a number of skills that I believe separate me from others and my approach to people. The trust installed into me by working with vulnerable adults.

Great guy but messy work
1I paid Philip for the work as I was managing remotely and didn’t have time to inspect. But I’m out of pocket with permanent damage to flooring.
The stain on the floor wasn't and couldn't have been us. I explained this to you. We removed wallpaper, the only mess rhat could be left from that is paper. All wallpaper adhesive is water based and would wash off with hot water. There were I admis 3-4 spots if paint on the floor. That got cleaned and sorted. The stains you speak of aren't paint nore wallpaper adhesive. There weren't any other products that we use. So I honestly don't appreciate the lies. And you never brought this up with me after the fact.

5The actual work was high-quality and very competitively priced with no corners being cut – Phil’s team went above and beyond to really listen to what we wanted and meet those needs, despite us needing the work done by a certain date and living at the property during the time!
What really separated them other than the work though was the team as people themselves; Phil, Lewis and Rhoda were an absolutely pleasure to have over the entire four-week job, which is of course incredibly important with jobs that may be of a longer length.
Iliffe & Sons will be our first resort to any decorating needs which we may have in the future, and we simply cannot recommend Phil and his team to anyone else who may be reading this and is looking for a good, competitively priced and friendly decorator!
