Our laptop is around 5 years old and was suffering from poor performance so we got in contact with Steve to see if he could offer a health check and suggest a remedy. He very quickly got back in contact with us to arrange a convenient time to collect the laptop to look at it. He came back with a simple suggestion to remedy our issues and with our approval very quickly sorted it for us. We now have a fast working laptop, good for another few years! 100% recommend Steve, no issues at all.
