We have an account with IDS & use them on a weekly basis. Although not the cheapest courier in the area, they are flexible, professional and extremely reliable. You get a dedicated vehicle for each delivery, and they will collect each parcel/pallet/full lorry load from the address required, deliver it at the time you request, and get all paperwork signed and returned to you.
The office staff, particularly Andy and Jess, are extremely polite & always get the job done well.
