They've taken my money but haven't helped me

I booked in for my cbt, I've paid £110 as a deposit and was told on the phone to come at 9am today to do my cbt. I arrived at around 8:50 was told it actually starts at 8 and that I won't get my deposit back even though they've not actually done anything for me. The guy was really rude and said he'd tried to call me this morning, another lie, I even showed him my phone and checked the number. Now i have no way to get to work. I deserve to get my deposit back because this company are liars.

Hi Grace, thank you for your feedback. However for us to be able to help you it is essential that you turn up for your course at the correct time not 45 minutes late. The course had already started and you had missed essential elements of the course therefore for the safety or yourself and others we can let you proceed. You also have a booking confirmation text message which clearly states the start time as 8am! The deposit you paid was £75 not £110 and this is taken for exactly this reason for when lovely pupils like yourself decide not to turn up to the course. This pays your instructor who was sat waiting for you. We wish look with motorcycle journey!

Very unprofessional and poor customer service

After attempting to book lessons before Christmas they took some dates said they were going to speak to the instructor and call me back so 3 weeks later I called back for an update

Now before Christmas they were taking bookings 6 weeks in advance which is what I wanted February so when I called for the update they now said march so I said that’s ok the reply was we’re not taking bookings

Why not just say this in the first place
Then after I left a honest review on another site kristina the “manager” took it upon her self to start calling from a withheld number until late into the night and hanging up not only that she decided to start leaving bad reviews on my company that she has never interacted with

I mean you have truly shown what a professional outfit you run

Fantastic bunch here I did my full motorcycle licence and my car licence with these and it was brilliant! Always friendly able to have a laugh but also very professional. Thank you so much for helping me achieve my goal this year!

Great school, great training, great people!

Having done my CBT at another school only 6 weeks before my Mod1/Mod2 training with IdealRider, Kris was extremely welcoming when I called to book the course. As a novice female rider you want to feel at ease at all times and fully trust your trainers. Neil and Danny did just that. Perfect training from the get go. I fell off my bike plenty during training, Neil's words of 'you can't give up on the test day' got me back into the saddle and crack on. His calm and balanced approach is very re-assuring and I learnt a lot of valuable riding tips as well as getting prepared for the test days hearing his through the earpiece whilst riding. I am happy to say I passed both Mod1/Mod2 first time around and I know without Kris, Neil and Danny I would likely not go 'big bike' shopping this Saturday. Thank you so much to the team at IdealRiders! Karin
