Iconic Lights

Shocking quality of lamp and when the bulb smashed and we couldn’t get it out of the lamp to change it we quicky emailed to look at options. The fixtures are faulty and the company simple refused any refund, exchange, options.
2 days old and the lamp is faulty. Do not buy from these people

One product arrived damaged and the other not as expected from the picture. Both clearly very cheaply made. I emailed customer services on the day of reciept to arrange return of the item and despite saying there will be a response within 24 hrs I've had no reply for 9 days. DODGY.

This was my second time ordering form this store. I didn't pay for next day deliver but the items arrived the very next day which was excellent. The pendant I bought was great quality and only a fraction of the price of similar lights seen on other stores. I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I bought one of their designer-style lamps for my living room and it's gorgeous! Customer service were very helpful, great prices, high quality products and speedy delivery... what's not to like? :)

I've shopped on Iconic Lights a few times now and was pleasantly surprised. With such low prices, my expectations were not great but the lights I purchased were excellent quality. Plus they arrived well packaged and on time. Happy customer!
