Live-saver: Honest and helpful

Ian, the one-man show behind Ian Morton Vehicle Repairs & Diagnostics, was a lifesaver. Despite a busy schedule, he squeezed me in at short notice. When my car wouldn’t start and the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, Ian gave me helpful phone advice to get it going and followed up to see if it worked. Once I got the car to him, he quickly identified the issue: a local independent VAG 'specialist' had fitted a reconditioned battery instead of the new one I paid for, and it wasn't holding charge. Ian guided me through replacing the battery myself and fixing other issues. Afterward, he diagnosed and cleared over 30 faults while I waited. Ian is not only a pro but also truly helpful and honest. If you need a reliable auto electrician, I highly recommend visiting him.
