Established in 1987, we are a family run funeral directors in Sutton Coldfield, covering Streetly, Great Barr, Kingstanding, Erdington, Tamworth, Lichfield, Aldridge and Walsall.

We provide a personal, caring and dignified funeral service, 24 hours a day by our qualified and dedicated staff who are here to hold your hand every step of the way.

Absolutely superb. Professional to the core.

We have now used Ian Hazel on 3 times an on every occasion they have been simply outstanding. The people we dealt with have been highly professional and whatever we have asked for they have helped. On the day they were excellent and ensured all of them got a beautiful send off. I would not hesitate in recommending them - they make what could be a very difficult day into a fitting tribute. They even called me a few days later to check I was OK. Thank you.

Outstanding coordination of requiem mass in Sutton Coldfield and burial in south Birmingham. Thank you! The team are professional, experienced, friendly, adaptable and efficient. They helped ensure a family requiem mass had all the required music and ceremony. They liaised with everyone involved exceptionally well. They made the day very special. I recommend them and would use them in future should the need arise.

Compassionate service during a difficult time

We had an excellent experience recently with Ian Hazel Funerals. Everyone in the organisation was so considerate and supportive of our entire family during this difficult process, providing lots of clear, timely guidance and support in unfamiliar circumstances. On the day, Martin, who headed up the team, was so respectful and helpful, really putting all of us at ease and helping the day run as smoothly as possible.

My mother's funeral

My sister and I received excellent advice and support from both James and Amy at Ian Hazel Funerals in the arrangement of our mother's funeral. Their attitude was respectful, caring, friendly and totally professional throughout. Their recommendations of a local printer for the Order of Service booklets, a florist, the crematorium, the photo tribute, the videographer for the live stream and the Priest helped to remove much of the stress and anxiety. I highly recommend Ian Hazel Funerals for their outstanding service.

Quite simply excellent service

Quite simply, excellent service. We met helpful caring people at every stage. The service we received right from urgently collecting my daughter, to carefully arranging a simple cremation, all went perfectly.
