Cant fault them
5Due to being flooded I required a dehumidifier at short notice. Having tried several other places without success, despite it being late on a Friday night on calling i-tool my call was answered.
Must to my dismay, I was advised that the only dehumidifier they had free wouldn't bet would be available until next week as it was still awaiting collection having just finished the hire.
Having told my tale of woe, the owner arranged to uplift the dehumidifier, check it and have it ready for me to uplift first thing in the morning.
The equipment worked perfectly and helped in what was a stressful situation.
On returning the equipment, I was midway through a week and the company would have been well within their rights to charge me for that week but declined to do say stating "I'd paid enough."
I really can't fault them.
