Excellent service with a smile

Went to the shop to get my iPhone XR a new battery. The man explained everything to e about the battery . That I will stay phone will not recognise the new battery. He also said I get disconnected on the iPhone 8 . He was so helpful x

Samsung s20

MacBook screen password reset after I forgot the password I used 🙈

I had locked my 5 day old MacBook and was so devastated because I forgot the password. It was unlocked within 45minutes and even set up a new password for me. Customer service was outstanding and very efficient. Was so happy with the service..
