Hi, My name is Ian and I run a small business in the Sunderland area ranging from general handyman repairs to full bathroom/kitchen installs or house alterations.

I have been operating solely for nearly 8 years and have a large customer base whether it be private tenants to commercial businesses and landlords.

I can complete most work other than Gas work, Wallpapering and Heights.

I have full liability insurance for peace of mind and to date I have not used it.
