Many thanks Kyle for your big help. A windows handle was broken and the lock mechanism was broken as well. After I contacted him on Tuesday, he replied to me immediately. He then made the appointment and fixed the locks next day. Actually, a different engineer checked the lock problem on Monday, but he then disappeared without telling us if he would come back to fix it.

A BIG thank you to Kyle for his prompt, efficient service. The front door handle had broken off at my brother in laws house so we were unable to gain access. Kyle was with us swiftly and 20 minutes later a new door handle was fitted How’s that for service?.
After a conversation about the inadequacy of standard UPVC door locks, early the following day Kyle and Brad fitted Anti Snap locks to both my front and side doors.
Great service that I can certainly recommend.

Lovely clear windows

Just had Kyle and Brad out to replace 10 d/glazed units. There is only one word to describe them EXCELLENT they worked quickly efficiently they are polite courteous friendly and Kyle certainly knows his stuff. I will certainly recommend them and I will definitely have them back later in the year to do more work for me. Thanks lads for a job well done.

Fast, friendly, good job done, reasonably priced.

Nov 2021. I was forced to break a window pain in a front door to gain access to my elderly mothers house. Called I-fix Windows at 11:00, they were at the house a couple of hours later, gave me an idea of price (very reasonable) fetched the glass and were back, glass fitted and gone just after 3:00. No fuss. Good job well done. I have already asked them to take on some new work at my own place. Highly recommend.
