Brilliant

I had rats over the new year period EVERY other people didn't want to know . Neil out of his area not only came but he was so kind when he spoke to me . I'm disabled and have a tortoise which I would kill to protect . You have rats he is the ONLY ONE I WOULD TRUST . !!

Seagull deterrent

Just had a job done by Neil on our house. Very fast service, very efficient and no mess. Even advised on a few other minor problems that need dealing with. His price was competitive and as a local man (to Axminster) he is more than happy to sort out any issues should they be required. We noticed the gulls were immediately on the house next-door-but-one after completion!

fantastic service

We had a rat problem under house, Neil arrived within an hour of contacting him and continued to identify and eliminate the problem with the minimum off fuss or disturbance. very reasonable rates and very friendly and efficient. i would recommend IEP to anyone

Prompt, professional, caring and efficient

We had a hornets nest in/under out thatch. It was in an awkward position high over our conservatory with the entry behind some lead flashing.
Neil arranged a convenient time for us, came promptly and dealt with them in a very competent way, making sure nobody could be stung, leaving everything neat and tidy.
I recommend him highly whatever animal is being a problem. Even deer, squirrels and seagulls on your roof, but not lions!
