Quality of work below what one would expect from a joiner

Engauge the business to fit 2-bath panels, fit 2-window boards in upvc in the colour mahogany and errect a "blackboard" in my study/library. The latter was satisfactory.
Front window board in study/library had to to be fitted 2 times - was cut short by about 10 mm front-to back.
Bath panels a disaster - again asked to refit - has used heavy contact adhseive to keep panels in place. The end panel and side panel engraved patten do not match, and if I have a problem in the future with the waste, will have to tear out the panels.
The business lacks the necessary skill set to complete work at the first attempt. Would NOT USE this business again or recommend it to friends or family.
The business needs further skill training in order to meet the standards in the trade of "joinery".
