Took them on to do window cleaning last summer. Never received so much as an email or invoice and then got lumped with a £180 bill. There is no way our windows got cleaned 6 times by them - we still have cobwebs in the corner of 2 of the windows they were supposed to have cleaned. We then had one of their staff members knock the door and demand payment, claiming that they had been putting invoices through the door. We did not receive at any point any email invoice or even see anyone cleaning the windows ever. We are a CIC and things like this have a big impact. Stay away
