I have worked in the emergency services for over thirty years providing professional response services to the public.

I understand domestic and commercial security and will happily advise on potential solutions or security upgrades. I am DBS/ CRB checked and fully insured. I was trained at a City & guilds and NCFE accredited training centre and regularly attend further training to remain up to date with industry trends.

On arrival we will establish a plan to resolve the issue or work required, we will outline the costs involved so there are no surprises. Options will be discussed prior to commencing work. A written invoice will be produced with a breakdown of any charges made. So, all in all no surprises. Our aim is to provide a cost effective, timely and reliable services.

Our vehicles are well stocked with locks from manufacturers such as Yale, Era, Union and so in the majority of cases we can complete the work in one visit. We can usually provide extra keys as needed as we carry a range of key blanks. We will always leave your property secure. Our engineer will be uniformed and will carry identification.
