Hylton Road Carpets

My name is elsie stevens and i feel that i had to come on here and tell people of the service i got from hylton road carpet centre in sunderland. First of all i found them on yell and i dont live in sunderland in fact some 23 miles away. This was not a problem to these guys. They not only came out to my house and measured up but they also brought a huge range of samples with them, this really helped me as i am disabled. First of all the man who came out was dressed really smartly and strait away he put me at ease we actually had a great laugh while choosing my carpets and laminate flooring. We then sat and went through prices and i was so supprised at not only the quality of the carpets and flooring but at the prices. Finally i settled on a carpet and i picked my floor, i had a price in which i was more than happy with. To my amazement the lad chris then very timidly asked if i were a pensioner in which i am so he then gave me a further 10% off i couldn't believe it. The lads who turned up to fit the job were absolute angels they took my carpets up free and moved my furniture all for a cup of tea brilliant. i would more than recommend this firm to anyone thank you elsie.
