We are a family run small business. Run by women for women. Get a free week and try all our classes as well as having full use of the gym. Yogalates, DanceFit, VFit, Boot Camp
We're a ladies only gym where you can come and work out in a safe, secure and supportive environment.
No men, no mirrors!
No matter what your age, shape or fitness level, our gym will welcome you. There's no pressure. We understand that you may have never joined a gym before, have some aches and pains, have just had a baby or a starting from scratch. Or that you are looking for a place where you can get fit in a stress free, welcoming space.
